Haggis. Neeps. Tatties.
Scottish cuisine at its finest. And synonymous with this time of year as we approach Burns Night.
Across Scotland, and indeed across the world, there will be Burns Suppers taking place in a whole variety of settings. From grand banquets with pipers and poetry to a humble haggis supper from the chip shop in the house.
But however you celebrate Burns Night, it is worth bearing in mind the economic impact that such an integral part of our shared Scottish cultural identity has.
Indeed, Scotland was recently voted the most beautiful country in the world by readers of Rough Guide. Robert Burns, alongside our beautiful scenery, food, art, history, and whisky, is just another part of how Scotland appears to the world stage.
