It was a great pleasure to join along with the local community the pupils and teachers of St Kenneth’s Primary School at a mass in Ballingry to celebrate 100 years of the school. The service was lead by Archbishop Cushley with readings from pupils.
St Columba’s High School Pipe Band were on great form and the singing of the hymns was just adorable and as one local resident said to me they were nearly taking the roof of the chapel such was the volume! A big well done to the teachers and pupils for this brilliant celebration of 100 years of their school serving the community and parish of Benarty.
