I met up with representatives of Patient Opinion this week when they were at the Scottish Parliament to promote their role and service that they provide to people using the health service to have a voice to raise concerns but also to suggest any areas for improvement and highlight best practice.
Patient Opinion is a not for profit social enterprise, which uses the power of the web to carry the choices of patients and carers into the health service.
Their objective is to make it quick, easy and safe for patients and carers to give feedback about their health care, and for health service providers to respond to and make use of the feedback for service improvement.
